Baby Fish soup

Ingredients:
300gr Baby Fish, 1lt vegetal broth, 150gr thin pasta (you need to choose a pasta with a quick cooking time), 150gr zucchini, 1 egg, marjoram, salt and pepper.

Directions:
Clean the baby fish. Cut crinkle and thin the zucchini and let them cook in the broth. In the meantime, beat the egg, add salt and a pinch of marjoram. As soon as zucchini are ready, add the pasta to the broth, then the baby fish and finally the egg. Cook for a very short time and serve with a pinch of pepper.
