To the chopped black truffle we add mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, a small quantity of anchovies, Vessalico garlic, olive cream, natural truffle flavouring.
The resulting cream is a unique product, ideal for seasoning the famous tagliolini, topping gourmet pizzas with the addition of Castelmagno cheese, mozzarella, fresh porcini mushrooms and excellent ham, or freshly baked crostini with Colonnato lard.
