Basil Pesto

 

We still follow grandmother Angiolina’s recipes to bring the true taste of traditional basil pesto to the table.

Following the old recipe of Western Liguria, we prepare the Genoese pesto combining the selected Genoese basil (PDO), extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, Grana Padano cheese (PDO), pecorino cheese, sea salt and Vessalico garlic (Slow Food Presidium). A genuine basil pesto rich in flavor.
