The sea bream, whose name derives from the characteristic gold stripe it shows between its eyes, is considered one of the most valuable fish on the market; its firm and delicate meat is appreciated not only for its flavour, but for the fact that it has very few bones. The sea bream fillets, handmade from fresh fish raised in the Mediterranean, are steamed and lend themselves to numerous recipes, both as a base for seasonings for first courses, with the addition of fresh cherry tomatoes and aromatic herbs, or as a tasty second course simply accompanied by a warm rocket sauce.
