Clementine jam is little known but it is really delicious: it is the result of a completely artisanal process without any use of preservatives which preserves the acrid taste and fragrance of the ripe fruit intact. It contains clementine peel pieces and is perfect for preparing desserts but to fully savor its unmistakable flavor it can be spread on lightly buttered croutons. Also ideal to accompany fresh and blue cheeses
