Bruschetta Spread recipes!
“Paciugo” from italian, fix, mess, boungle. Used to describe disasters made by children. You made a mess!
The Ligurian paciugo was in fact born from a playful mixture, is made with artichoke hearts, Genoese basil dop, tomatoes, capers, olives, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil and Aglio di Vessalico.
We recommend this cream spread on homemade bread bruschetta, enriched with goat cheese or a simple anchovy fillet. It is also suitable for seasoning pasta, with the addition of fresh ricotta for those who love a more delicate taste, or in combination with boiled meats.
Ingredients: Artichokes, olive cream, olive oil, Genoese basil DOP 15%, extra virgin olive oil, dehydrated tomato, pine nuts, capers, vinegar (wine sour), salt, Vessalico garlic 0.5%, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid.
