Salsa Verde is a typical Piedmontese sauce that has become part of Italian cuisine and in particular of Liguria, lending itself very well to consumption with fish.
Prepared with parsley, anchovies, capers, wine vinegar, Vessalico garlic and pine nuts, it is ideal for accompanying boiled meats, hard-boiled eggs, breaded and fried anchovies, or for creating delicious canapés such as prawns, mayonnaise and green sauce.
