The flavor of olives and extra virgin olive oil make this tomato-based sauce unique and valuable, typical of western Liguria. The taggiasca olive and tomato are main ingredients in many dishes of the Ligurian tradition: why not try this sauce to prepare the classic Ligurian sea bass or any other dish that requires the combination of these two ingredients.
Ingredients:
tomato puree 75%, pitted Taggiasca olives 9%, extra virgin olive oil, vegetables (onions, carrots, CELERY in variable proportions), capers, basil, salt.
